DESCRIPTION:
This project creates a new creative office space in an existing 5,000 square foot warehouse, formerly an auto repair shop, in the heart of a growing commercial district. Designed with the creative industries in mind, the project achieves several congruent objectives: it includes a structural retrofit of the existing masonry building; provides new restroom and shower facilities; and includes the construction of a conference room and private office. The project seamlessly respects the character of the existing historic building while accommodating new uses and providing infrastructure for the 21st century workplace.
