Intersection Creative Offices

DESCRIPTION:
This redevelopment of a historic existing building, a former GMC Truck Showroom, at the corner of one of the busiest intersections in Emeryville, is designed to breathe new life into long neglected structure. The project brings a mixture of program elements together to activate the streetscape, via retail and food service spaces, and stimulate economic growth, via the incorporation of office and maker-spaces.
