DESCRIPTION:
These three homes were developed to help increase density and access to housing in a neighborhood that was traditionally high priced and highly exclusive of historically underserved communities. Each home is designed to be highly efficient and while still allowing for maximum indoor / outdoor connection, and an open livability. Views and privacy were carefully considered to promote interconnectivity between the homes while still protecting privacy. The design combined modern form and space with the advantages of warm, natural materials.
