Bryant Towers

DESCRIPTION:
Envisioned as a cooperative public/private partnership with the City of San Francisco, the Bryant Tower studies illustrate the trade-offs and compromises possible for development within a complicated urban fabric. By consolidating and re-subdividing the site property, it is possible to create a public park space at the interior of the city block while creating properties with significantly improved development potential, a win-win for the landowners and the public at large.
