34th Street

DESCRIPTION:
The project was designed to integrate into it’s settings while simultaneously providing a open and green respite. Located in a dense urban neighborhood near the 580 freeway, the project takes advantage of the green that surrounds the site. Large open plans connect the polished concrete and glass spaces, connecting them to the outdoors through the use of wood and native planting. The blend of technical detailing and a natural setting make for a livable, well balanced project.
