The San Pablo Mixed Use project melds two seemingly oppositional forces – urban density and home ownership. The project offers a method to bridge the gap between traditional single family neighborhood and the downtown business district. In one direction it achieves the density and commercial character of a traditional mixed use podium project, with a dwelling unit density of 43 units per acre along with 4 commercial units which face the busy San Pablo streetscape.
